At Maxyn Asher Hair Salon, we are committed to creating a personalised experience and exceptionally beautiful hair, and as such, we request that all clients consider the below points in our Salon Etiquette guide. Following these helpful tips will enable the Maxyn Asher Hair team to provide an optimum service for each and every client.

CONFIRMING YOUR APPOINTMENT

All clients are sent an SMS 2 days prior to their appointment. In receipt of this, we ask that you confirm or cancel your appointment by replying either Y, Yes, N, or No. This will give you enough time to cancel/reschedule if you need to. All appointments booked through the Maxyn Asher Hair APP can be changed or cancelled 48 hours prior to your appointment.

APPOINTMENT TIME

At Maxyn Asher Hair, we prefer that all clients arrive on time for their appointment. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, your appointed Maxyn Asher Hair Stylist may deem it necessary to reschedule your appointment, as this will impact the time available for the next scheduled client’s appointment.

If you are pressed for time, you are encouraged to notify your appointed Maxyn Asher Hairstylist, who will do their best to accommodate your circumstance.

CANCELLING YOUR APPOINTMENT

A non-refundable booking deposit of $50 is required for all bookings.

We reserve your appointments, especially for you; therefore, we request that you be courteous and respectful and contact us promptly if you are unable to attend your appointment. Last-minute cancellations do have a significant impact on Maxyn Asher Hair, their clients and its team. We ask that cancellations are made 48 hours in advance of your appointment time. If you cancel or change your appointment within 48 hours, you will be charged a $30 cancellation fee.

By accepting these terms, you acknowledge and authorise Maxyn Asher Hair to charge a $50 fee to the nominated bank card in the event of a no-show or cancellation without 48 hours notice. Our policy complies with the Queensland Department of Fair Trading.  

RETURN AND RESOLVE POLICY

We want all of our clients to leave Maxyn Asher Hair happy and excited about the result of their hair. However, if you are unhappy with your hair, please let us know immediately prior to leaving the salon. On the rare occasion that you are unhappy with your hair after leaving the salon, we offer a one-week Return & Resolve Policy. Please make contact with us by calling the salon 0406 903 807 with the details of your concern. We will then arrange a time for you to return to the salon for a consultation to assess your hair in person. Please do not attend another salon to have any other treatments/colours applied to your hair prior to our team assessing your hair. Once your concerns have been assessed, we will offer you the best possible path to resolve your issues.

RESPONSIBILITY OF CHILDREN AND PERSONAL ITEMS

For the safety and comfort of all clients, we ask that children are accompanied by an adult at all times and carefully supervised. We work with hazardous chemicals, sharp and hot tools; your child’s safety to us is important. For safety reasons, please do not allow your children to play on the salon furniture or touch tools and equipment. Please also note that personal items are the responsibility of the client at all times. Any damage or breakages will be charged accordingly.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment for all services can be made by cash, EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard, Zip pay and After pay. AMEX is not accepted.

QUOTES ONLINE OR OVER THE PHONE

They offer a selection of fully inclusive hair packages, everything you will need to look amazing while knowing how much your investment will be. Whilst we endeavour to provide accurate quotes for all other services over the phone and online, prices may vary following a personal in-depth consultation in the salon. Please request a quote from your stylist during the face-to-face consultation process if required.

Gift Vouchers: Vouchers are not refundable or redeemable for cash. Vouchers have no expiry date. Vouchers must be presented at the time of purchase, or it will not be honoured. No show and cancellations within 48 hours will result in 100% loss of voucher value.

Promotional Gift Vouchers: Promotional Vouchers issued at annual gift voucher sale are not redeemable for cash and can not be used to purchase products. The promotional gift vouchers are to be used on salon services only and are valid for 12 months.
